DNA University Seminar: Working with Domain Name Registrars (Public)
October 21, 2015 @ 09:15 - 10:30| Free
The Domain Name Association is proud to announce the third DNA University seminar, “Working with Domain Name Registrars”.
The event will be staged in-person at the ICANN 54 meeting in Dublin, on Wednesday 21 October between 09:15 and 10:30 (Ireland time).
Presented by a panel of experts drawn from the DNA membership at ICANN in Dublin, qualified attendees will enjoy a masterclass-style session outlining the most important aspects of building and maintaining healthy and profitable relations with domain name registrars.
Domain registry operators will benefit from attendance, however domain industry professionals of all types will gain valuable insider knowledge from the industry’s leading registrars.
As new registries launch, each has its own business and operating models. In order to register domain names, registrars find ways to accommodate the various models and domain name registries work to find registrars that will accommodate their uniqueness. The DNA panel of registry and registrar operators will discuss problems they have overcome and solutions that have been developed to facilitate the registration of domain names for new and existing Registry operators.
The seminar will be chaired by DNA University Dean, Tony Kirsch of Neustar.
